For those attending Scandi Fest 2013

5/8/2013

Scandi Fest 2013 is just a few days away!  We're so glad you are coming!

Please come 15 minutes early to each session to confirm your registration, pick up your name tag, and put on shoes.  The workshops will start right on time and you won't want to miss anything!  Friday evening workshop starts at 7:30, so please arrive by 7:15! (The full schedule is on the website.)

What to bring?

  • Water bottle
  • Dancers: Smooth-soled, low-heeled comfortable shoes. For more details on shoes see http://www.saltlakescandidance.org/dance-info.html.  If you don't have smooth-soled shoes, see the person at the registration table when you arrive for some special tape to put on the soles of your shoes.
  • Musicians: Your instrument
  • Folk costume, if you have one, for the Saturday night party
  • Snacks for sharing are always appreciated.

If you have questions, see http://www.saltlakescandidance.org/scandifest-2013.html or email us at SaltLakeScandiDance@gmail.com.

See you in just a few days.  We are looking forward to a great weekend!
